Sous vide is a technique where food is vacuum packed. It is cooked slowly and precisely at the right temperature. With this method, shelf life can be increased considerably without altering the taste and structure. The flavors are sealed inside the vacuum packaging, and the products are then slowly heated to serving temperature. Before serving, the product is finished, for example browned. Our selection includes circulators with and without a bath.
