How to buy from the Metos Webshop
The customer can place an order in the Webshop without registering and pay for the purchase with a credit or online banking or by registering as a business account customer of the Metos Webshop, in which case he can choose an invoice as the payment method.
When placing an order without registration, the customer must provide exact contact information and delivery address when placing the order.

Searching and choosing products
You can view product information using the directory under the heading "Products". Alternatively, you can enter the name, model or product code of the desired product in the Search field at the top of the page. Filters allow you to search for products with different features. When a suitable product has been found, you can select it using the "Add to cart" button. By clicking the cart button, you can view the contents of your shopping cart.
In the field indicating the number of products, you can change the number of items you want. You can remove a product from the shopping cart by clicking the check mark button at the end of the product line or empty the shopping cart entirely using the "Remove all products" button.

When you have added the products you want to the shopping cart, you can save additional information about the order and continue by clicking the "Checkout" button. Enter the requested contact and delivery information and select the preferred delivery method. Next, press "Continue" to choose the payment method. In the next step, you will see a summary of your order.
Paying for the products
If you have applied for a Metos Company Account, you can choose to pay by invoice.
If paying with a credit card and banking ID, you will temporarily be transferred to the website of the company responsible for the payment service. After paying, you will automatically go back to the Metos Webshop, or you can return by using the "Return to the service provider's website" button.
After placing an Webshop order, the User will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address they provided. If the order contains custom order products to be delivered later, we will send the User an order confirmation as soon as possible, no later than the next business day, which includes the product's departure date from our Kerava warehouse.
How to request a finance leasing quote from the Metos Webshop
You can request a finance leasing quote for the equipment you have in your shopping cart if the total price exceeds 1500 euros (VAT 0%). A request for a leasing quote is placed like an order, but in the "Payment method" section, you select "Finance leasing” and select the desired leasing period at the next step.
How to apply for a Metos Company Account
You can apply for a Company Account in our Webshop by filling out the "Register as a Metos Company Account customer" form. When applying for a Company Account, the Customer must provide accurate company information, delivery and billing addresses, and contact information.
When a Customer is applying for a Company Account, Metos has the right to check the Company’s credit information and to decline the application. The registration request will be processed within 1–2 working days, after which the Customer will receive the account login instructions to the e-mail they provided.
Invoices are delivered as an online invoice (14 days net) or otherwise electronically.
The Company Account may only be used by the Customer whose name is provided during registration. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the user ID and password and the Company Account connected to them, and for limiting access to them. If the Customer has reason to suspect that the data security of the Account has been compromised, they must immediately inform Metos using the contact form on the website.
