Metos Flexeserve Zone® Rear Feed counter top model uses convection technology. Patented convection air system integrated into fully insulated rear doors, unlike any other heated display. Zones can have their own set temperature and you can also switch them off independently to suit different trading patterns throughout the day, saving energy. There is an insulated thermal barrier between each zone to prevent heat transfer from the zone above or below. As each zone has its own ind ividual controller, if one was out of operation, the remaining zones work as normal allowing trade to continue.
